Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung war der Versuch, Zeit zu finden, um die Bewegung voranzubringen, w\u00e4hrend wir versuchen, Vollzeitjobs und famili\u00e4re Verpflichtungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Wir haben erkannt, dass wir f\u00fcr den Erfolg dieser Bewegung engagierte Menschen mit Zeit zum Investieren brauchen.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">In letzter Zeit, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.larsgesingphotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lars Gesing<\/a>, aus Hamburg, Deutschland, jetzt wohnhaft in Denver, Colorado, war eine gro\u00dfe Hilfe, indem er sich freiwillig als unser Kommunikationsdirektor gemeldet hat. Er k\u00fcmmert sich jetzt um einen Gro\u00dfteil der t\u00e4glichen E-Mail-Kommunikation sowie um die Aspekte sozialer Netzwerke <em>Nature First<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p><h3>WIR MACHEN SCHRITTE ZUR WENDE <em>NATURE FIRST <\/em>IN EINE GEMEINN\u00dcTZIGE ORGANISATION.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Hinter den Kulissen erkennen wir, dass wir uns zum Wachstum dieser Bewegung rechtlich als gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation registrieren lassen m\u00fcssen, und haben recherchiert, wie wir dies tun k\u00f6nnen, damit wir uns an lokale Gesetze halten k\u00f6nnen, aber auch eine internationale Vertretung in der Organisation haben. Sobald die Organisation registriert ist, k\u00f6nnen wir Mittel aufbringen, um Personal einzustellen, um dabei zu helfen, dies zu einer noch lebensf\u00e4higeren und aktiveren internationalen Bewegung zu machen. Wir hoffen, dass dies irgendwann in diesem Sommer geschehen wird.\u00a0<\/p><h3>WIR ARBEITEN AM AUFBAU VON PARTNERSCHAFTEN \u2013 DER RICHTIGE WEG.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Wir haben auch dar\u00fcber gesprochen, was es f\u00fcr Organisationen und Unternehmen bedeutet, Partner von zu werden <em>Nature First<\/em>. Am Anfang haben wir mit dieser Idee der Partnerschaft begonnen, bevor wir sie vollst\u00e4ndig durchdacht hatten. Wir haben zahlreiche Organisationen und Unternehmen, die sich uns anschlie\u00dfen wollen, was ziemlich aufregend ist, aber wie wir offiziell mit einer kleinen gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation, einer Regierungsbeh\u00f6rde, einem gro\u00dfen Unternehmen oder einem kleinen Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten, ist v\u00f6llig unterschiedlich. Wir haben daher daran gearbeitet, die beste Struktur f\u00fcr diese Partnerschaften zu finden und die Erwartungen und Vorteile einer Partnerschaft zu definieren. Aufgrund dieses zweifelhaften Ratschlags verbrachte ich einen Gro\u00dfteil meiner fr\u00fchen Kindheit damit, mit dem Salzstreuer bewaffnet die Berglandschaft rund um unser Zuhause in Montana zu erkunden. In diesen Jahren fand die Wildnis einen tiefen Platz in meinem Herzen und wurde zu einem zentralen Bestandteil meines Lebens. Die Einsamkeit, die Stille und das Gef\u00fchl der Verbundenheit mit etwas Gr\u00f6\u00dferem als mir selbst ziehen mich seither an. Nach dem Studium lebte ich etwa zehn Jahre mit meiner Frau Joanna auf der Balkanhalbinsel. Jahrelanger Stress in dieser Zeit f\u00fchrten zu einem schweren Burnout. Auf der Suche nach Erholung ergriff ich die Gelegenheit, in die Berge Colorados am Rande des Rocky-Mountain-Nationalparks zu ziehen. Dort, auf stillen Pfaden, umgeben von Sch\u00f6nheit und Einsamkeit, begann sich meine Seele zu erholen. Ich beschloss, das Wandern zu meinem Beruf zu machen und wurde so professioneller Naturfotograf. Als ich Tag und Nacht die vielen Wanderwege des Nationalparks durchstreifte, immer auf der Suche nach einzigartigen Motiven, erwachte ich zu neuem Leben und war \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigt von Ideen, \u00fcber die ich schreiben wollte. Dies f\u00fchrte mich schlie\u00dflich dazu, Schriftstellerin und Verlegerin zu werden.
