Das gilt sicherlich f\u00fcr Nature First.<br \/><br \/>Als wir diese Organisation gr\u00fcndeten, war sie nur eine Vision; ein Traum f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Verantwortung unter Fotografen. Wir hatten kein Geld und kein Personal. Diejenigen von uns, die sich freiwillig gemeldet haben, hatten Vollzeitjobs und Familien. Es war eine Herausforderung, Fortschritte zu erzielen und Freiwillige zu halten. Es f\u00fchlte sich sehr an, als w\u00fcrden wir durch den tiefen Winterschnee stapfen. Heute erreichen wir eine neue Phase. Obwohl wir noch ganz am Anfang stehen, sind wir recht hoffnungsvoll. Es f\u00fchlt sich an, als w\u00fcrden wir die ersten Anzeichen des kommenden Fr\u00fchlings sehen.<br \/><br \/>Wir haben gerade unseren ersten bezahlten Mitarbeiter eingestellt. Sie werden als Director of Operations von Nature First fungieren und einen zentralen Kontaktpunkt zwischen unseren verschiedenen Programmen und Freiwilligen bieten. Ihre Beteiligung wird der Organisation neues Leben einhauchen und uns dabei helfen, eine Struktur aufzubauen, die die vielen von uns geplanten Projekte und Programme unterst\u00fctzen kann. Tracy war \u00fcber 15 Jahre als Director of Operations f\u00fcr eine gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisation im Gesundheitswesen t\u00e4tig. Solche Ans\u00e4tze r\u00e4umen der Fotografie Vorrang vor dem Wohlergehen der Natur ein und widersprechen dem allerersten Prinzip von Nature First. <br \/><br \/>Alyce Bender ist eine professionelle Tierfotografin und auch die Nature First-Botschafterin f\u00fcr den Bundesstaat Texas in den Vereinigten Staaten. Sie hat vor kurzem einen Artikel f\u00fcr die neueste Ausgabe des ver\u00f6ffentlicht <a href=\"https:\/\/journalofwildlifephotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zeitschrift f\u00fcr Tierfotografie<\/a>. In ihrem Artikel schreibt sie, <strong><em>\u201eWir als Fotografen m\u00fcssen zum Wohle der \u00d6kosysteme, in denen wir t\u00e4tig sind, und der Tiere, die wir fotografieren, so tun, als w\u00fcrden alle beobachten, wie und was wir fotografieren. Aufgrund seines zweifelhaften Ratschlags verbrachte ich einen Gro\u00dfteil meiner fr\u00fchen Kindheit damit, das bergige Gel\u00e4nde rund um unser Haus in Montana mit einem Salzstreuer in der Hand zu erkunden. In diesen Jahren fand die Wildnis ihren Weg in einen tiefen Platz in mir und wurde zu einem zentralen Teil meines Lebens. Die Einsamkeit, die Stille und das Gef\u00fchl der Verbundenheit mit etwas viel Gr\u00f6\u00dferem als mir selbst hat mich seitdem angezogen. Nach dem College verbrachte ich etwa ein Jahrzehnt mit meiner Frau Joanna auf der europ\u00e4ischen Balkanhalbinsel. Jahrelanger hoher Stress in dieser Zeit f\u00fchrte zu einem schweren Burnout. Im Streben nach Wiederherstellung ergriff ich die Gelegenheit, in die Berge von Colorado am Rande des Rocky-Mountain-Nationalparks zu ziehen. Dort, auf stillen Pfaden, umgeben von Sch\u00f6nheit und Einsamkeit, begann sich meine Seele zu erholen. Ich entschied mich f\u00fcr das Wandern und wurde so professioneller Naturfotograf. Als ich Tag und Nacht auf der Suche nach einzigartigen Bildern auf den vielen Pfaden des Nationalparks wanderte, erwachte ich wieder zum Leben und fand mich \u00fcberf\u00fcllt mit Dingen, \u00fcber die ich schreiben wollte. Dies f\u00fchrte dazu, dass ich Schriftsteller und auch Verleger wurde.
