El mayor desaf\u00edo ha sido tratar de encontrar tiempo para llevar adelante el movimiento mientras tratamos de administrar trabajos de tiempo completo y responsabilidades familiares. Nos hemos dado cuenta de que para que este movimiento tenga \u00e9xito, necesitamos personas dedicadas con tiempo para invertir.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">Recientemente, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.larsgesingphotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lars gesing<\/a>, de Hamburgo, Alemania, ahora residente de Denver, Colorado, ha sido de gran ayuda, ofreci\u00e9ndose como voluntario para servir como nuestro director de comunicaciones. Ahora maneja gran parte de la comunicaci\u00f3n diaria por correo electr\u00f3nico, as\u00ed como los aspectos de las redes sociales de <em>Nature First<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p><h3>ESTAMOS TOMANDO PASOS PARA CAMBIAR <em>NATURE FIRST <\/em>EN UNA ORGANIZACI\u00d3N SIN FINES DE LUCRO.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Detr\u00e1s de escena, nos estamos dando cuenta de que para hacer crecer este movimiento necesitamos registrarnos legalmente como una organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro y hemos estado investigando c\u00f3mo hacerlo para que podamos cumplir con las leyes locales pero tambi\u00e9n tener representaci\u00f3n internacional en la organizaci\u00f3n. Una vez que la organizaci\u00f3n est\u00e9 registrada, podremos recaudar fondos para contratar personal para ayudar a que este sea un movimiento internacional a\u00fan m\u00e1s viable y activo. Esperamos tener esto hecho en alg\u00fan momento este verano.\u00a0<\/p><h3>ESTAMOS TRABAJANDO EN ESTABLECER ASOCIACIONES: DE LA MANERA CORRECTA.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Tambi\u00e9n hemos discutido lo que significa para las organizaciones y las empresas convertirse en socios de <em>Nature First<\/em>. Al principio comenzamos esta idea de asociaci\u00f3n antes de haberla pensado completamente. Tenemos numerosas organizaciones y empresas que desean unirse a nosotros, lo cual es bastante emocionante, pero c\u00f3mo nos asociaremos oficialmente con una peque\u00f1a organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro, con una agencia gubernamental, con una gran corporaci\u00f3n o una peque\u00f1a empresa es completamente diferente. Por lo tanto, hemos estado trabajando para encontrar la mejor estructura para estas asociaciones y para definir las expectativas y los beneficios de convertirnos en socios. Durante estos a\u00f1os, la naturaleza salvaje encontr\u00f3 su camino hacia alg\u00fan lugar profundo dentro de m\u00ed y se convirti\u00f3 en una parte central de mi vida. La soledad, el silencio y la sensaci\u00f3n de conexi\u00f3n con algo mucho m\u00e1s grande que yo me ha atra\u00eddo desde entonces. Despu\u00e9s de la universidad, pas\u00e9 una d\u00e9cada viviendo en la Pen\u00ednsula Balc\u00e1nica de Europa con mi esposa Joanna. A\u00f1os de mucho estr\u00e9s durante este per\u00edodo llevaron a un agotamiento severo. En busca de la restauraci\u00f3n aprovech\u00e9 la oportunidad de mudarme a las monta\u00f1as de Colorado en el borde del Parque Nacional de las Monta\u00f1as Rocosas. All\u00ed, por senderos tranquilos, rodeada de belleza y soledad, mi alma comenz\u00f3 a recuperarse. Decid\u00ed hacer una carrera en el senderismo y as\u00ed me convert\u00ed en fot\u00f3grafo profesional de la naturaleza. Mientras caminaba por los numerosos senderos del parque nacional tanto de d\u00eda como de noche en busca de im\u00e1genes \u00fanicas, volv\u00ed a la vida y me encontr\u00e9 rebosante de cosas sobre las que quer\u00eda escribir. Esto me llev\u00f3 a convertirme en escritor y tambi\u00e9n en editor.
