Le plus grand d\u00e9fi a \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;essayer de trouver du temps pour faire avancer le mouvement tout en essayant de g\u00e9rer les emplois \u00e0 temps plein et les responsabilit\u00e9s familiales. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que pour que ce mouvement r\u00e9ussisse, nous avons besoin de personnes d\u00e9vou\u00e9es avec du temps \u00e0 investir.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">R\u00e9cemment, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.larsgesingphotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lars Gesing<\/a>, de Hambourg, Allemagne, maintenant r\u00e9sident de Denver, Colorado, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;une grande aide en se portant volontaire pour servir de directeur des communications. Il s&#039;occupe maintenant d&#039;une grande partie de la communication quotidienne par e-mail ainsi que des aspects li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux de <em>Nature First<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p><h3>NOUS PRENONS DES MESURES POUR TOURNER <em>LA NATURE D&#039;ABORD <\/em>EN ORGANISME \u00c0 BUT NON LUCRATIF.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Dans les coulisses, nous r\u00e9alisons que pour d\u00e9velopper ce mouvement, nous devons nous enregistrer l\u00e9galement en tant qu&#039;organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif et nous avons recherch\u00e9 comment le faire afin de pouvoir nous conformer aux lois locales mais aussi d&#039;avoir une repr\u00e9sentation internationale dans l&#039;organisation. Une fois l&#039;organisation enregistr\u00e9e, nous pourrons collecter des fonds pour embaucher du personnel afin d&#039;aider \u00e0 faire de ce mouvement un mouvement international encore plus viable et actif. Nous esp\u00e9rons que cela sera fait \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><h3>NOUS TRAVAILLONS \u00c0 L&#039;\u00c9TABLISSEMENT DE PARTENARIATS \u2014 DE LA BONNE FA\u00c7ON.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Nous avons \u00e9galement discut\u00e9 de ce que cela signifie pour les organisations et les entreprises de devenir partenaires de <em>Nature First<\/em>. Au d\u00e9part, nous avons lanc\u00e9 cette id\u00e9e de partenariat avant d&#039;avoir bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi. Nous avons de nombreuses organisations et entreprises qui souhaitent se joindre \u00e0 nous, ce qui est assez excitant, mais la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous associerons officiellement \u00e0 une petite organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif, \u00e0 une agence gouvernementale, \u00e0 une grande entreprise ou \u00e0 une petite entreprise est compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rente. Nous avons donc travaill\u00e9 pour trouver la meilleure structure pour ces partenariats et pour d\u00e9finir les attentes et les avantages de devenir partenaire. Une grande partie de cela sera solidifi\u00e9e apr\u00e8s l&#039;enregistrement officiel de l&#039;organisation.<\/p><p class=\"\">Bien qu&#039;en surface, il ne semble pas se passer grand-chose, cette organisation se solidifie lentement et se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 \u00eatre une entit\u00e9 qui peut aider la communaut\u00e9 de la photo \u00e0 devenir des ambassadeurs de notre monde naturel, revendiquant notre r\u00f4le historique en tant que ceux qui encouragent la protection et la pr\u00e9servation de nos terres sauvages et
