La sfida pi\u00f9 grande \u00e8 stata cercare di trovare il tempo per portare avanti il movimento mentre cerchiamo di gestire i lavori a tempo pieno e le responsabilit\u00e0 familiari. Ci siamo resi conto che affinch\u00e9 questo movimento abbia successo, abbiamo bisogno di persone dedicate con tempo da investire.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\">Recentemente, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.larsgesingphotography.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lars Gesing<\/a>, di Amburgo, Germania, ora residente a Denver, Colorado, \u00e8 stato di grande aiuto, offrendosi volontario come nostro direttore delle comunicazioni. Ora sta gestendo gran parte delle comunicazioni e-mail quotidiane e degli aspetti dei social network <em>Nature First<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p><h3>STIAMO PRENDENDO PROVVEDIMENTI PER CURVARE <em>LA NATURA PRIMA DI TUTTO <\/em>IN UN&#039;ORGANIZZAZIONE NON PROFIT.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Dietro le quinte, ci stiamo rendendo conto che per far crescere questo movimento dobbiamo registrarci legalmente come organizzazione senza scopo di lucro e abbiamo studiato come farlo in modo da poterci conformare alle leggi locali ma anche avere una rappresentanza internazionale nell&#039;organizzazione. Una volta che l&#039;organizzazione sar\u00e0 registrata, saremo in grado di raccogliere fondi per assumere personale per contribuire a rendere questo movimento internazionale ancora pi\u00f9 vitale e attivo. Speriamo di riuscire a farlo prima o poi quest&#039;estate.\u00a0<\/p><h3>STIAMO LAVORANDO PER STABILIRE PARTNERSHIP \u2014 NEL MODO GIUSTO.<\/h3><p class=\"\">Abbiamo anche discusso di cosa significhi per le organizzazioni e le aziende diventare partner <em>Nature First<\/em>. All&#039;inizio abbiamo iniziato questa idea di partnership prima di averla pensata a fondo. Abbiamo numerose organizzazioni e aziende che vogliono unirsi a noi, il che \u00e8 piuttosto entusiasmante, ma il modo in cui collaboreremo ufficialmente con una piccola organizzazione no profit, con un&#039;agenzia governativa, con una grande societ\u00e0 o una piccola impresa \u00e8 completamente diverso. Abbiamo quindi lavorato per trovare la struttura migliore per queste partnership e per definire le aspettative ei vantaggi di diventare un partner. As a result of his dubious advice, much of my early childhood was spent exploring the mountainous terrain around our Montana home with saltshaker in hand. During these years the wilderness found its way into some deep place within me and became a central part of my life. The solitude, the silence and the sense of connection with something much greater than myself has drawn me ever since.\r\n\r\nAfter college I spent about a decade living in Europe&#039;s Balkan Peninsula with my wife Joanna. Years of high stress during this period led to severe burnout. In pursuit of restoration I jumped at an opportunity to move to the mountains of Colorado at the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. There, on quiet trails, surrounded by beauty and solitude, my soul began to recover.\r\n\r\nI decided to make a career of hiking and so became a professional nature photographer. As I hiked the many trails of the national park both day and night in pursuit of unique images, I came back to life and found myself overflowing with things I wanted to write about. This led me to become a writer and also a publisher.
