Naturalmente, queste storie e il loro impatto sono stati la genesi di Nature First e del <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a>. Ma poi, i membri hanno iniziato a chiedere: &quot;Cosa far\u00e0 l&#039;organizzazione Nature First quando verr\u00e0 a conoscenza di un comportamento irresponsabile?&quot; E, cosa pi\u00f9 importante, &quot;Cosa posso fare quando vedo un comportamento irresponsabile, in prima persona?&quot; Quindi diamo un&#039;occhiata a ciascuna di queste domande individualmente, perch\u00e9 la risposta a ciascuna \u00e8 abbastanza diversa...<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>Cosa far\u00e0 l&#039;organizzazione Nature First quando verr\u00e0 a conoscenza di un comportamento irresponsabile? <\/strong>Questa domanda pu\u00f2 essere suddivisa in due parti; partner ufficiali che non sostengono il <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a>e individui (forse anche membri di Nature First) che dimostrano un comportamento irresponsabile.<\/p><p class=\"\">Nature First sta sviluppando un accordo formale per i partner ufficiali. Questa partnership sar\u00e0 estesa a organizzazioni e aziende, dalle grandi societ\u00e0 ai leader di laboratori di piccole imprese, fornitori di istruzione e consorzi di gallerie. Le organizzazioni partner di solito ci contattano perch\u00e9 credono negli ideali Nature First e vorrebbero aiutare a diffondere la parola <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a>. L&#039;accordo di partenariato delinea semplicemente tali aspettative. E se un&#039;organizzazione partner smette di soddisfare tali aspettative, la partnership verr\u00e0 revocata. Abbastanza semplice.<\/p><p class=\"\">Rispondere alle segnalazioni di comportamento irresponsabile da parte di un individuo, anche uno dei nostri oltre 900 membri Nature First, \u00e8 <strong>non <\/strong>cos\u00ec semplice... L&#039;obiettivo principale di Nature First \u00e8 quello di essere un sostenitore del <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a> ed educare i fotografi naturalisti e tutti i visitatori della natura a un comportamento responsabile. La natura prima lo fa <strong>non <\/strong>avere un accordo formale con ogni singolo membro, come facciamo con le nostre organizzazioni partner. Quando le persone si iscrivono con Nature First, dichiarano il loro impegno per il <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a>. Lo consideriamo un impegno verso un buon comportamento e speriamo che tutti facciano del loro meglio per onorare tale impegno. Ma ogni individuo \u00e8 diverso. Sono in punti diversi del loro viaggio, imparando come essere un fotografo naturalista responsabile. Ogni individuo pu\u00f2 interpretare varie situazioni in modi diversi. Avranno diversi livelli di conoscenza del loro ambiente naturale e dell&#039;impatto che stanno avendo. Tutti hanno commesso errori e si sono comportati in modo irresponsabile in passato, probabilmente involontariamente, per mancanza di conoscenza. Anche il migliore di noi pu\u00f2 essere disattento nell&#039;eccitazione del momento, o semplicemente non conoscere la sensibilit\u00e0 dell&#039;area. IL <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a> dovrebbe servire come nostro promemoria.<\/p><blockquote><p><em>L&#039;obiettivo principale di Nature First \u00e8 quello di essere un sostenitore del <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a> ed educare i fotografi naturalisti e tutti i visitatori della natura a un comportamento responsabile.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"\">Nature First ritiene che questi episodi di comportamento irresponsabile siano un&#039;opportunit\u00e0 per educare e aiutare le persone a saperne di pi\u00f9 sulla fotografia naturalistica responsabile. Vogliamo che tutti siano inclusi nel movimento Nature First! Chiamare, mettere in imbarazzo o ostracizzare le persone viste dimostrare un cattivo comportamento e rimuoverle dall&#039;elenco dei membri Nature First servirebbe solo a escluderle, forse per sempre. Preferiremmo che imparassero dai loro errori e agissero in base a quella conoscenza la prossima volta che saranno sul campo.<\/p><p class=\"\">Nature First non controller\u00e0 e non pu\u00f2 sorvegliare le azioni irresponsabili degli individui. Questo non \u00e8 il nostro obiettivo. Il <a href=\"https:\/\/naturefirst.org\/it\/principles\/\">7 Principi<\/a> sono linee guida autoevidenti destinate ad essere applicate a tutte le situazioni e consentono a ciascun individuo di interpretare il comportamento responsabile del momento. Non sono intenzionalmente scritte come regole specifiche. Ogni paese, parco e riserva ha definito questi dettagli nelle proprie leggi e regolamenti. Conoscerli e seguirli \u00e8 il Principio #5. Ma non possiamo agire come forze dell&#039;ordine. Semplicemente non abbiamo le risorse per indagare e confermare le segnalazioni di infrazioni. E non crediamo di essere qualificati per servire il giudizio - come potremmo garantire l&#039;equit\u00e0 e la mancanza di pregiudizi in ogni situazione? No, l&#039;esecuzione e il giudizio non sono i nostri obiettivi, soprattutto quando tali azioni probabilmente allontanerebbero quegli individui dal nostro movimento, per sempre. Preferiremmo che imparassero e crescessero per usare un giudizio migliore ed essere inclusi nel movimento Nature First.<\/p><blockquote><p><em>Nature First non controller\u00e0 le azioni irresponsabili degli individui. Questo \u00e8 <strong>non <\/strong>il nostro obbiettivo.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"\"><strong>Quindi... Cosa puoi fare quando vedi un comportamento irresponsabile, in prima persona? <\/strong>Se il comportamento \u00e8 chiaramente in violazione della legge o delle norme e dei regolamenti, ti invitiamo a documentare l&#039;incidente (hai una videocamera con te, giusto?) e segnalarlo ai funzionari. Lascia che i professionisti si occupino dell&#039;esecuzione. Oltre a ci\u00f2, la tua risposta dipende molto da te. Ma abbiamo alcune raccomandazioni...<\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">Se ti senti sicuro di affrontare la persona o le persone in questo momento, ti consigliamo un approccio utile ed educativo, invece di sembrare autoritario o impositivo. In altre parole, dai alle persone il beneficio del dubbio e presumi che semplicemente non siano consapevoli dell&#039;impatto del loro comportamento irresponsabile. \u201cEhi, sapevi che l&#039;area oltre la fune ha piante molto sensibili al calpestio? Andare in giro laggi\u00f9 probabilmente avr\u00e0 un impatto davvero negativo\u201d. \u00c8 pi\u00f9 probabile che questo tipo di approccio abbia successo piuttosto che essere autoritario. A nessuno piace sentirsi dire cosa fare. Sappiamo che questo non avr\u00e0 sempre successo e molti non si sentono a proprio agio nel confrontarsi con gli altri. Quindi puoi sempre documentare e segnalare comportamenti irresponsabili.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Se vedi comportamenti scorretti su Internet (non devi cercare molto attentamente), ti invitiamo a contattare le persone privatamente, se possibile, e utilizzare le risorse sul sito Web Nature First per diffondere la fotografia naturalistica responsabile. \u00c8 molto pi\u00f9 probabile che le persone rispondano positivamente alle critiche private (anche se non vedi o realizzi mai il cambiamento nel loro comportamento). Chiamare pubblicamente un individuo sui social media probabilmente comporter\u00e0 negazioni, deviazioni, confutazioni e\/o ritorsioni. L&#039;abbiamo visto tutti. E generalmente non porta a un risultato positivo. L&#039;istruzione \u00e8 uno dei motivi principali per il sito Web Nature First. Sei sempre incoraggiato a farne riferimento!<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Cosa succede se vieni a conoscenza di un comportamento irresponsabile da un membro Nature First? Per quanto possa essere deludente\/esasperante, cerca di non avere una reazione istintiva negativa. Prendi la strada maestra e pensala come un&#039;opportunit\u00e0 per quell&#039;individuo di imparare e crescere. Pensa a contattare l&#039;individuo per chiedergli del suo comportamento. Ma prima chiediti:<\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"\">&quot;Hai assistito al comportamento, o ne hai sentito parlare di seconda o terza mano, o su Internet?&quot; Assicurati di conoscere i fatti. Fai attenzione alle affermazioni e ai litigi su Internet.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">\u00c8 stato l&#039;incidente in passato, il <em>lontano<\/em> passato?&quot; Tutti abbiamo commesso degli errori in passato (questo potrebbe essere il nostro prossimo post sul blog). E tutti abbiamo imparato alcune dure lezioni sull&#039;impatto negativo che possiamo avere. Si spera che questa crescita abbia portato a un comportamento migliore oggi.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"\">&quot;Il comportamento era intenzionale e\/o un&#039;abitudine ripetuta o un errore occasionale?&quot; Ancora una volta, tutti commettiamo errori, specialmente &quot;sul momento&quot;. Gli errori non intenzionali o dovuti alla mancanza di conoscenza sono grandi opportunit\u00e0 per imparare e crescere. La stragrande maggioranza dei fotografi naturalisti non danneggia intenzionalmente l&#039;ambiente. Concedi loro il beneficio del dubbio.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p class=\"\">Sfrutta la comunit\u00e0 della fotografia naturalistica! Puoi fare la differenza discutendo di comportamenti scorretti e facendolo in modo costruttivo. Sfogare la frustrazione \u00e8 facile e pu\u00f2 essere visto ovunque su Internet. Ma discutiamo di come possiamo realizzare il cambiamento. \u00c8 cos\u00ec che \u00e8 iniziato Nature First.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><blockquote><p><em>La stragrande maggioranza dei fotografi naturalisti non danneggia intenzionalmente l&#039;ambiente. Concedi loro il beneficio del dubbio. Un cattivo comportamento non intenzionale o derivante dalla mancanza di conoscenza pu\u00f2 essere un&#039;opportunit\u00e0 per imparare e crescere.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><p>Quindi ci\u00f2 a cui si riduce davvero, sei tu - tutti voi. Lavoriamo insieme per aiutare a spargere la voce e includere pi\u00f9 persone nel movimento Nature First, invece di giudicare, ostracizzare ed escludere. La solitudine, il silenzio e il senso di connessione con qualcosa di molto pi\u00f9 grande di me mi hanno attratto da allora. Dopo il college ho trascorso circa un decennio vivendo nella penisola balcanica europea con mia moglie Joanna. Anni di forte stress durante questo periodo hanno portato a un grave esaurimento. Alla ricerca del restauro ho colto al volo l&#039;opportunit\u00e0 di trasferirmi sulle montagne del Colorado ai margini del Rocky Mountain National Park. L\u00ec, su sentieri tranquilli, circondata da bellezza e solitudine, la mia anima ha cominciato a riprendersi. Ho deciso di fare carriera nell&#039;escursionismo e cos\u00ec sono diventato un fotografo naturalista professionista. Mentre percorrevo i numerosi sentieri del parco nazionale sia di giorno che di notte alla ricerca di immagini uniche, sono tornato in vita e mi sono ritrovato traboccante di cose di cui volevo scrivere.
